TechBuilt LLC’s AI-powered tools may interact with customers only after opting in for communication regarding appointment updates, notifications, promotional marketing, and project updates. These systems are customized for each client and trained using business-specific information such as services offered, service areas, business hours, and preferred communication tone.

SMS MESSAGING TERMS & COMPLIANCE

1. Program Description

This messaging program sends appointment confirmation and reminder messages to customers who have booked an appointment through our website at https://techbuilt.io, via our scheduling forms, and have explicitly opted in to receive SMS notifications. Opt-in is collected via web forms with a dedicated checkbox for SMS consent or by filling out our opt-in form. Messages include scheduling confirmations, appointment reminders, rescheduling updates, customer support communications, and other service-related notifications.

2. Opt-In & Consent

By using our services, you consent to receive communications from us through phone, email, and SMS. You can opt-in to our SMS service at any time by filling out our form or by providing explicit consent through a dedicated checkbox during the registration or appointment scheduling process. 3. Cancellation Instructions (Opt-Out)

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text STOP to the same number that sent you messages or reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe. Upon sending STOP we will send you an SMS message to confirm your unsubscribe status. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.

6. Carrier Liability

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. TechBuilt LLC is not liable for any delays or failures in the delivery of SMS messages. Message delivery is subject to your wireless carrier’s network availability and may be affected by factors outside of our control. We are not responsible for any charges, damages, or losses that may result from SMS communications, including but not limited to those caused by carrier delays, network outages, or message delivery failures.

7. Supported Carriers

Our SMS program works with all major U.S. wireless carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, and most regional carriers.

8. TCPA Compliance
